A devout Do-Gooder myself, I bring to my coaching a deep desire to see people share their gifts fearlessly as we each do our parts to make this world a better place. I hold the intention that each of our lives are anchored in self-trust, fed by curiosity and fully manifest every day from a place of knowing. I co-create a safe and sacred space for exploration and transformative growth with and for each of my clients. My empathic nature, intuition, and respect and admiration for my clients encourages deep connection within the coaching relationship that uncovers a wealth of insight. My coaching is especially useful during difficult transitions and addresses the client’s whole life.
I am a Co-Active Coach with training through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and over 20 years experience supporting creative and gifted people in achieving their goals.

I do what I do because I know that when people live by their values, even their ideals, with a focus on having some influence on creating a thriving existence for all life, that is — doing Good, the effect of our collective interconnected efforts is evolutionary. I am here to make a BIG DIFFERENCE in the transformation that’s upon us. I feel a connected balance at this point where I lie on the Web of Life that vibrates ancient wisdom of the Earth and Sun through me. I am here to incite deep caring for the world and its inhabitants and to instill reliable self-trust in people I touch.
I carry Self-Trust with me everywhere I go. My curiosity and zeal for discovery inspire deep exploration of what’s happening in the moment, spinning differences, gaps and roadblocks into growth opportunities. My vulnerability inspires courage with the wild ferocity of a dragon. My presence creates a sense of safety that feels grounded, established and beautiful.
As I grow and transform through my own personal challenges, my work manifests more fully. My current work grew out of my strife to understand my purpose in life coupled with an inexplicable desire to serve the collective well-being of Life in any way I could. I am doing this work to challenge myself and others to grow in such a way that we are amazed by what’s discovered, awed by our work, this devout practice of showing up, and inspired to continue to expand, radiating waves of transformation to the Universe and back.
