Gratitude and Testimonials

Throughout my life I have sought guidance and mentorship from those who inspire and encourage me. I have learned so much from the personal relationships in my life and bring forth the best of myself because of them. I am grateful each day for the support of my loving husband, Scott, my daughter, Jules, my original and chosen family and friends. I have become empowered in myself as a highly sensitive person and am deeply grateful to my mentors Jenna Avery and Jacquelyn Strickland for sharing their wisdom, support and encouragement. Thank you. I have learned to gain deep insights through my exploration of yoga and send deep bows to my teachers Natalie Hanson and Amy Outman, plus countless others whom I’ve studied and practiced with. Namaste. I have been blessed to know Nature as teacher and have great appreciation for the local sustainable food production community and those close to the land and close to my heart for connecting with me in this web of life. Blessed be.

“We already have so much abundance. We truly do. We need not search too far. It is within. The reason we fail to recognize this is because we haven’t quite mastered the art of being. For abundance to prevail, we must have LOVE, gratitude, acceptance and compassion.” -John Welwood

I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with people who never cease to amaze me. …and it goes both ways. Here’s what some of my clients are saying:

“Lydia sets a professional tone with the first conversations and the quality of materials she sends out to set up the structure of the relationship. As we progressed through the sessions, her insightful questioning helped me think about “problems” from a new angle. It’s like the inversion poses in yoga – slightly difficult at first, but great benefits result from altering the direction of energy. For those with a motivation to change, you will find Lydia most helpful in assisting the transformative process. I’m no longer stuck in the repetitive cycles that limited my views. If you think you need some assistance, don’t wait, get started now. These conversations will prepare you to see and act on the new opportunities coming your way. This is the work that gets you ready for them.”

“Lydia and I connected during one of the most intense, exciting, and overwhelming transition times of my life–my professional values were shaken, my physical self was healing a major surgery, and I felt emotionally unstable nearly constantly. I needed support and problem-solving, and I craved someone who could challenge me to evolve while exploring my value-system and its role in my life. Lydia exceeded my expectations. She brought to our relationship patience, clarity, calm and insight, which was exactly what I needed to re-focus. Most importantly, she believed in me, and she helped give me the confidence to take steps forward. She gave me the “permission” I needed to reevaluate my values and reconnect with myself. I am endlessly thankful for her coaching, and I highly recommend her services!”

“What I value about Lydia’s coaching is that I know she hears me at many different levels. She hears what I say and she also hears what I’m trying to say. She gets me. She can encapsulate my thoughts, both verbal and non-verbal, and offer them back to me for my examination. This part of the coaching process truly helps me learn more about me, which is the purpose of coaching. And this is why coaching with Lydia is so powerful.”
